I just had to respond about all the former Presidents comment. It doesn't matter if a former President was a serial killer. That doesn't make Clinton innocent. If "Johnny down the street did it", is not an excuse I would accept from my 10 year old son, I surely won't accept it from the President of the United States. We are about to experience a scorched earth policy from Clinton. Everyone will have their past exposed (thanks again to the FBI files) but it doesn't change the fact Bill Clinton took an oath to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the United States. He didn't. Nothing else matters. Clinton may not be impeached, but his legacy will be this chapter.

PS I voted for McGovern, I'm not a religious right Republican.

There are at least three threads on SI devoted to Clinton's self inflicted wounds. Take it there if you must discuss it. And in a few months when President Gore is under fire for alleged illegal campaign contributions I hope you take that discussion elsewhere too.
