I2, Without your technical training,

I'd say they need a parachute to survive the fall. We know that its been a liquidity driven market for the last several years. Now we get to witness what happens when the liquidity disappears.

However, I believe, being an eternal bull, that from these ashes the Phoenix will rise, and present investors with the balls (and $) one of the greatest opportunities of our lifetime. The trick in this market is not becoming a steer. IMHO there are times to maximize profits and there are times to minimize risk -- this is a time to minimize risk.

I propose, without any supporting evidence, that if we adjusted to "real 1997 dollars" we would need a space capsule to survive the fall.
