So it sounds like the Potomac acquisition is dependent upon the IPO.
Thats what I figured. Hadn't heard of any other vehicles for funding Potomac.
Also, last time I had talked to KI, I was told IPO early October. i would expect to see several PR's in the next 30 days.

I believe in the stock and will buy more in the next few days.
GO KHAI!!!

Check out ARET. It will be mover and shaker soon.

J.L.: I am a shareholder. I have also urged a measured view about this company. One company official reported the view that the success of the IPO for Kaire International was important (i.e., critical) for KAHI to go forward. Things can change, of course. I read the statement that the IPO will come out anywhere between $3 and $6 as a hedge. The original plan was to structure the IPO at $6. If they bring it out lower, that suggests reduced confidence in market acceptability. It is, in my view, an open question whether they can fully subscribe the offering. Of course, marketeers can do wonders. They've done wonders on me.
