Thanks for the ad hominem sarcasm, it really shores up your argument. Did you know that Ad hominem sarcasm is a distinct American tradition in political argument? It is not nearly so prevalent in most other civilized countries to the same degree. I believe this is because the American electoral system favoured populist sound byte speechifiers who pandered to the masses' short attention span. If you wre English, German or of superior intellect you would attempt to refute my points. I am not saying they are irrefutable, but not by one of your intellect or energy. EC<:-}
