Hank, I doubt that any of us are happy with the price of the stock, right now. I hold a rather substantial number of shares, and would potentially be willing to let you vote them, as well. But what, exactly, do you propose to vote them for (or against?) Do you have any reason to believe that there is a problem with Netgain, or that it will not be delivered on time? If not, then your comparison to Jack King and Zitel was more than a little extreme. As R. D. Buschman indicated, Doug MacIntyre is scheduled to present Netgain on Monday, September 14, in San Jose, at the "Virtual Sales Forum," to kick off the DCI show (Sept. 14, 15, 16.) Assuming that this happens as planned, I would say that your it's-on-my-desk fears are overblown (although I share your anxiety, to be sure!) Regards, RB
