I nominate a new candidate for cyberese abbreviation: PARNTK or... "Pimple on the Ass of Rentech" Chris is right, of course, all the DD is done and we are just killing time until the next expected deadline of 9-21. My own guess is that the date will be missed by one or two weeks due to Texaco Star Red Tape. But it may be possible for Yak to talk Texaco into letting him give another thumbs-up statement on the much sweated-over date. My own exhaustive experience in following this stock is pretty much the same as everyone else's here, and it leads me to believe that Rentech will get Texaco and several other important deals before having to engage in any ruinous dilution. Nevertheless we have to stay alert (and avoid another CMP).
