Fujitsu's DRAM Sales Account for Less than 15% of Total

Fujitsu <TOKYO:6702> announced recently that the company's
semiconductor DRAM sales will account for less than 15% of the
company's total sales this year. Fujitsu had originally
estimated that DRAM sales would account for at least 20% of the
total, give or take 3%, but the fluctuating DRAM market is
expected to lead to an even greater decline. As a result of this
trend, the company's flash memory product sales will, for the
first time, surpass DRAM sales.
