Another approach is to go after the blue chips...many small stocks have already been slaughtered and the money is left in the blue chips. I have been short a few of them for a while now and it has been profitable but if you start looking at p/e's and such, that make sense on the blue chips, it appears their is still quite a bit of downside in them...and earnings and estimates continue to decline. Some of my favorites:

PFE - overvalued compared to other growth rate and other drugs...still to much Viagra hype in it. Target 80.

DIS - overvalued and ongoing downwards earnings adjustments. Target low 20's.

NKE - in a lot of trouble, IMO. Target 20.

PG - overvalued...the street is now beginning to figure it out. Target 45.

CCI - took the ride with you and covered recently for my best ever trade. The way its acting, I think there is more trouble to come. Target...I have no idea.
