To all and specially Richard Williams I can not believe that you have not done your DD before implying that Oilex did $3.8 million in debentures. I guess you forgot that people don't give money for free, the debentures we discounted and I do believe that Saul stated that fact on the AOL thread. Oilex received according to Saul around $2.2 million, please calculate the expenses for the office, field, and the 4 wells that WERE drilled in 97. get your facts straight before you try to accuse me. I gave information to various shareholders based upon what I was told. The field employees lied to management about field production many times and by the time we found out it was too late. Oilex still has the potential for good production but Sauls personal feelings against allen burditt will sink the company and Oilex will lose whatever remaining assets that it has left. Besides what money have you made under sauls control Richard? Saul filed chapter 11 and did not even send the release to any of the news wires. so what if it costs $500.00, by law you still have to send it to all the wires. Oh and don't say he did not know what he was getting into, there is proof to show that he was in contact with offie and some others before he started to by into Oilex stock. No one in their right mind is stupid enough to spend over $600,000 in a company without having prior knowledge of it's books. 1,2, or even if there were 3 books no one blindly walks into a situation like saul has tried to convince everybody on various threads. you have got to be an idiot for believing that. I have issued several responses telling you and everybody else that I gave information based upon what management told me. I did not benefit from any of the debentures in any way. Richard get you s$$it straight before you accuse someone.
