We have seen the bottom (IMHO)

Primakov was nominated for PM. The Duma will vote for him. He is not affiliated with any party in Russia. The west likes him. The only negative is his economic experience, but his economic team will compensate for that (Fadorov especially).
The RTS index was up 4.7% with higher volume (though still only $3 million dollars). This, on a day where every other market seems to be down.
The ruble has strengthened for the second day in a row.
Oil prices are up on the 4th week in a row that drawdown of oil stocks has occurred according to API (6.6 million barrels this week).
The political uncertainty is over, the chances of renationalization is very small now. The G7 plans to meet on Russia
Russian stocks are dirt cheap. Time to bail out of Dell and Intel and buy some Russian stocks !!! (IMHO).
