I'm starting to get a warm fuzzy feeling about Banshee. Stellar benchmarks, great early reviews, and some strong signs that Glide is here to stay [EA, Diablo II announcements]. It is becoming very clear that this will not be another Voodoo Rush. 3DFX has done everything right this time and should solidify their position as one of the preeminent PC graphic chipset makers across, now, the broad spectrum of products. If 3DFX survives for 10 more years this Christmas may be remembered as their finest hour. Congratulations to the management team for what appears to be a job well done. I look forward to reaping the benefits as the stock recovers in the months and years to come.
