WebTV: Watched and watching Microsoft Corp.'s WebTV reportedly is collecting users' Web site viewing habits and reporting them. The polling results are offered to advertisers to help them target messages, according to a report by ZDnet. "We have a whole department that does nothing but look at the information," WebTV president Steve Perlman told an interviewer.
