Hi Sandra,

Careful with the brokers. The banks will lead ..... especially the largest who have not invested much in the foreign markets. Brokerage houses may have more skeletons hidden in the closet.

APCO has been marching it's own way for some time now. The small caps as a whole have been thrashed for 5 months now. I think the Wall Street MBAs are now eagerly seeking solid small caps .....knowing they are way too cheap. Many have high growth rates and have no foreign exposure. As evidenced by today's action (2-50K blocks) ...... APCO looks to be attracting some of that money. Now it is up to us little guys to hold on tight and see what happens. APCO is also "on the road" next week if I recall correctly. I think we may see a reiteration of a buy on APCO if the markets calm.

Amigo Cary should be able to expound on this.
