I suspect that if the magic date passes and there is no comment from RNTK (Texaco-authorized or not), then the stock will take a real hit. I, for one, am relying upon my belief that once the recent SEC Form 8 was published regarding the Texaco discussions, and change to the contrary becomes immediately "material" and must be disclosed by RNTK. A case might be made that a breakdown might be material to Texaco also, though the comparison is like a flea and an elephant. And so I hold <bored grin>. JSb.
