Fastest-Growing Technology Companies in New England Recognized
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 9, 1998--The fastest-growing technology companies in New England were recognized by Deloitte & Touche LLP and Hale and Dorr LLP at an awards ceremony held at the Hyatt Regency in Cambridge Wednesday evening. Called the ''1998 New England Technology Fast 50,'' the annual awards program ranks technology companies by revenue growth over the past five years.

Fast 50 companies must have had 1993 revenues of at least $50,000; must be a New England-based company developing and/or providing technology products or services; and must have been in business for at least five years. All New England Technology Fast 50 participants will advance to compete in the ''National Technology Fast 500,'' also sponsored by Deloitte & Touche. This program ranks the nation's top 500 fastest-growing technology companies, the finalists of which will be recognized this fall in a national business publication.
