Larry, what I see here is that in January of 1993 "Richard T. Marchese... was indicted", but, in April of 1996, "Richard Marchese's ostrich-skin cowboy boots are made for walkin' - especially in Denver. The notoriously flamboyant ex-penny stock huckster strode out of U.S. District Court two weeks ago, probably grinning widely. He was acquitted of nearly..."

The Government couldn't even bring this guy down and the case took more than three years to resolve.

Also, the person I talked to spelled his name for me as "Rick Marcasse" and had a California number. What evidence do you have it is the same guy who says he has covered Andy Mann's short?
