The 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 area looks like a good bottoming base... It won't be long before RECY is doing over one billion in Revenues... With interest rates dropping, RECY moves a step closer to exchanging its short term 13% interest for 8% to 9% interest... That's good for the bottom line...
