Well, one other small difference. If I may immodestly say so, I have called the market pretty well for the last 9 days. I know you haven't really tried to call it in detail, and you may well be right in the long run, but still...

I have called both small rebounds for what they were and was proven right the next morning. As well as the general direction continuing.

Not that I made or lost money on that opinion, not being short, or very long either.

You might think about listening to Henry Kaufman. When he spoke out about a market decline and upcoming recession ('the market has topped for this cycle') Greenspan changed his tune in just a few days. Perhaps you will remember Kaufman as 'Mr. Interest Rates' in the 1970's and 1980's.
