ED,

The simple answer to your LAWYER ENTRAPPING QUESTION is "YES". But as Bearded One nicely pointed out. Most users either do not know how to nor do they have the desire to download another browser when their computer already came shipped with a functioning browser.

Come Ed, Tell me. Are you a lawyer with MSFT? You make these pro-MSFT arguments that a non-computer geek can say "duhhh yeah that makes sense" but is as easy as swiss cheese to punch holes through.
