Who made the decision to put off the deal for Ciena until Nov? Yesterday was to be the day we were supposed to have the meeting to complete the Ciena deal. This was before it was delayed till Nov. Then we have another deal lost. The dates of these announcements are amazing.

Well so far we have been battered and beat but still standing. Just think what TLAB stock would be now if these two contract losses would have come out after the deal was completed? I would think TLAB would have been on the fast train to $25. After that it would stay there for over a year.

Well if the management TLAB put this deal off until Nov I still have small respect for them. This delay decision is the only good decision that has been made. I think the only saving grace for TLAB is to walk away from this deal. Wallstreet has already decided that CIEN is only worth 0.5 vs 0.8 shares. I dont think CIEN shareholders would agree to this and best for both to part ways.
