I was also thinking along those lines when I posted the release. I guess it's one of those things we won't ever really know, at least until Craig asks about it during the next cc. Another wrinkle is that the ADPT/ANCR rumors were floating around prior to the departure of ADPT's CEO, so ADPT's new strategic alliances are probably the initiative of new management. This doesn't mean that they did or did not talk to ANCR, or even that new ADPT management isn't picking up on some things that the previous CEO had started, but does make it more difficult to know.

Pat,

Pardon my ignorance, but could you explain how an equity investment works? I assume that if someone were to make an equity investment in Ancor, they would simply purchase stock. What is unclear to me is whether this would be common stock, purchased on the open market, or additional stock that would add to the dilution.
