Another bearish divergence I've been watching last several days is that Naz is stronger than Dow, since Aug 31. Unnatural, and for a recent example of natural behavior see their relative strength after Oct dip.

My guess is while large investors and foreigners are selling, domestic suckers are buying, and they (the suckers) like Naz stocks, as suckers should.
