Brady this was just in time. I was going to sell my remaining ESVS shares and say adios to everyone if this hadn't come out today. I still would like to actually see the financials, but the statement about July revenue helps.

$1.46M for July averages to about $17.5M annually. Ofcourse that could be more or less depending on what happens through the end of the year. Ad revenues usually go up toward the end of the year due to the holidays. I hope this holds true for internet ads.

Hey, did Wachs say *which* financials they were going to release, or even say that they would release *complete* financials?

Maybe releasing revenues for a single month qualifies for "releasing financials", and Wachs is off the hook.

LOLOLOLOL!

And so it goes...

Can somebody explain what happens if they DON'T get regulatory approval?

They've already moved into the same offices. They've already combined operations. The stock has already been exchanged, only it's preferred, not common.

How do they un-do this is they don't get regulatory approval? Is this even legal?

I beleive that I read somewhere that the ESVS shareholder's meeting is expected in November. I think we can expect to be strung-along on the financials until then.
