Richard, for a change I agree with Larry (gosh down goes the ZIDDI again). From the point of view of people putting in new mo ey (and $1 MM will not be enough), if these people believe that either MXAM or GPGI are viable companies, this new money will be better "leveraged" in on of these organizations, IMHO.

Richard: My point is, why should new investors spend say, $2 million to get 25 million shares of IPM stock (100% dilution, as you say) and only wind up with half the company.

If you let IPM go bankrupt, negotiate to get the claims from Phoenix/Omega, you can get 100% control (rather than 50%) of the property for less money (you don't pay for IPM's debts).
