"YBM will call special meeting" "Several Canadian institutional investors, each holding at least 5 percent of YBM's stock, last month demanded a special shareholders meeting to remove some directors. YBM said it was calling the meeting after negotiations with VC & Co., a Toronto shareholder advisory firm that represents those investors.
