Bob, in this market, one could conceivably do well shorting about any stock. It's just too difficult to know what the heck is going to happen from one day to the next. Down 500+ one day, up 300+ another, down 155+ and 200+ the next two.

Despite some of the smart ass comments thrown my way on this thread, I don't have a problem w/ anybody who shorts LBOR per se. What I'm rallying against is those who are trying to make their short position be more profitable by spreading rumors about the co. Doing that is exactly the opposite of one who hypes up a co. w/o merit. While nobody on this thread would appreciate a hypester (rightfully so), why is so hard to understand that some would be ticked off at those who post false negative rumors?

Good luck w/ your position. If the market keeps going like it looks like this, you should be in the black w/o a lot of trouble.

Bob,

I waited for an up day, missed it around 18, but did get the borrow at 16 1/8.

I didn't need to be dared, either.

I see that after the last two days, you are in better shape on LBOR, too.

Have fun,
Phil
