Despite what YOU might think, IE is INTEGRATED. The Government came to the same conclusion which is why they are attempting to broaden the case as they know they CANNOT win the other one.

Exactly, it's your opinion. That's not what I consider integrated. So your responses is nothing more than your opinion but not fact.
