Well I don't know how that happened with the markets off 20, 30, 40 percent respectfully....our little e-comm portfolio is down less then 10% since our February end start....probably because we took profits early.

Time to buy again boys.....IMO

Sorry to take so long to respond, I've been out of town.
You will see on the SI thread, a quiet thread, no hype just news events on the company- It's on the Canadian thread
Subject 11164 Sorry don't know how to hot link it. There web site is mpactimmedia.com
I have been following Mpact for about 3 years. They are located in Montreal and are a global e-commerce Co. (approx 30 countries). They have purchased a couple years ago ISDN a news wire and own a web/server called Total.net. these are small potatoes compared to what is in store for them. I like the management, they state what to expect and have met their targets. They have had 26 or 27 consecutive quarters of increased revenues. Recently, they are forecasting 150 million revenue for this year or 50/100% revenue growth for the next couple years. I believe this will be the case as they will be focusing on business to business EDI. I remember reading an earlier post on this thread, a survey saying that business-business will be the most profitable in the next 2-3 years before consummer internet commerce.
Which reminds me, thanks for all those great posts on this thread, they did broaden my outlook and understanding of various sectors of e-com.
I believe the management is aggressive, they are aggressively looking for a takeover(I predict in the US), and are persuing a Nasdac listing. These were delayed when Bell took a 65% stake in Mpact. Now that this deal is complete I expect Mpact will get back on tract.
With the links through Bell's web and Mpacts global entity, this must be a winning combination.
check the SI tread for all the latest dealings and to understand Mpacts potential. I will try to assist further if you have any questions; although there seems to be more informative persons on Mpacts thread.
I hope the above is a good start.
