Well once the new lows got over 100 on NYSE and 150 on naz, and Dahl went below 0, and Dow passed through a 89 day times series MA with a 8 lead; it was time to go to cash or short weak stocks. As for selling into rallies, A rally is a one day thing, these days. If you blink you might miss them.

The new update is at www.qp2.com and www.qp2b.com

It was compiled with Visual C++ 5.0 and tested here on NT and 95. A new virtual build is there also.
