Uh oh, Sigmund. Now you've fired up your self-generated rumor with dire implications. But, less imaginatively, could the 8K change be the product of a THQI attorney who, noting the number of slavering law firms out there who willy-nilly file class-action lawsuits in their sensitively rapacious way to extract nest-feathering settlements, believes that against those swell guys every little bit of protection helps? Moreover, said defensive THQI lawyer would be able to do a little billing, perhaps, for the 8K modification, which looks like it took an enormous amount of work. Before I'd play into the hands of those who wish to create fear and trembling about THQI's prospects, I'd seek simple explanations for events (and non-events) before creating darker implications.

This said (and with poignant grace, may I objectively add), I bought a fat chunk of the common at 13 1/2 on today's slippage to add to my umpteen options. I believe, short of market panic, that October's earnings report will function as a kind of safety net and that when the market has an up day, THQI will snappily revisit the 15's.
