No, Have visited this thread for a long time. Most people on this DELL thread have insights on DELL or the market and even the economy as it relates to DELL. There are only a minority who don't know what "OT" means and where to place it in posts. Chit Chat, banter, are on all threads and not particularly bothersome. When someone starts with political propaganda, left or right, whether a long time chummy "local" or an infrequent visitor, it tends to turn the thread into a Geraldo Rivera like affair. THERE ARE DIFFERENT THREADS JUST FOR THE "OT" ITEMS.

I guess that when someone has established a group within the thread, it is difficult to exit to another thread to continue discussion "OT".
