Sea, I think you read Bob correctly. He does not seem to be the charismatic type and this would fit into that. In addition no matter how good he is at getting people to come aboard or retaining people, he has an uphill battle what with all the "better" opportunities not only in the Valley but across the country. Once Informix has completely turned the corner, this will not be such a tremendous handicap and we will see new talented people come in in greater numbers. The paradox is it does take good sales people to help make this a successful "turning of the corner." - RDH.
