Michael, The guest on CNBC just said that "...drugs are a safe place to put some money now". I couldn't afford the DRG index puts but bought two indiviudal puts on LLy and MRK. Kathleen

mike, thanks for the cmb idea. i made 1000%+. it almost offsets my pain from selling my txn puts when it was $128 - a couple weeks before it was $90 ;-( also, while the gains are great, it was a 1/3 position and has done a nice job of replacing lost (well, there is still time left but the strikes are low) amzn money. my jan 50s may come home to roost, though :-) gtw jan $35s may do well and i still have hope for mu seeing the teens before oct. if not, i reload at the appropriate time and see if i can smack a few home runs w/o so many strike outs.
