DJBEINO,re:"raised to 'buy'". So what now? Who buy and who sell?. Look at intel, raised to 'strong buy' by 2 (TWO) pretty big firms and went up close to 3 points and closed down yesterday and down 2+ so far today. This is a nervous market, I hope it is not true, but I don't know those guys intention of 'upgrade/downgrade'. I only know they are out to make money, for themselves (clients, BIG one). Hope this guy has base, like order improving, price firming, inventory improving instead of just think the price is low. There is no limit on how low things can go in a market like this. Most darling stocks (G,CL,KO,PFE,...... biggies) got whacked 30-40%. I want Clinton out, he costs the country(investigation) some Xmillions and now my retirement funds got whacked. We need a law, named after the 'victim' (which happens many times before), the 'monica-law' or 'that woman law', so that if any investigation costing more than $3000, the president is automatically OUT.
