Just got back from a business trip. Mr. Muir, you make it look like insiders are buying shares or acquiring them because they have confidence in the company. It is my understanding that all or most of the 4,825,000 shares insiders acquired were non-cash compensation. Most of them have been issued to you, Mr. Muir and Ms. Perfect (correct me if I am wrong). Mr. Muir, if you would list the insiders and how and why they acquired shares we would appreciate it. I would appreciate it if you would show the percentage of the company each insider owns now as compared to the starting ownership percentage. Please do not forget the stock conversion values you and Ms. Perfect have set up for yourselves. I am curious if you are sharing in the dilution other investors have taken on their shares. Make sure you do not mix it up with loss of share value. Jim
