Market down but Fore up....hmmmm something different for a change. AT&T announced their new network that is based on ATM technology and is supposed to be up and running in 1999. My guess is that they will be using FORE for the switches (hope so!)...we need this boost to get back where we should be in the mid 20's.

Well FORE holders, I'm out of this stock for a while. Why? It was up on a crappy day. I escaped with a meager profit (supersize that Big Mac!). Similar stocks have been more devastated, offering, IMO, better short/long term opportunities (e.g. XYLN). I bought other stocks today, and selling FORE (and APCC) keeps me out of margin. Market is beating the shit out of high P/E stocks. If they take the P/E down to 25 or so (like they did with XYLN), this becomes a $13 stock. Recent acquisition very poorly timed, and poorly received. I'm not anti-FORE again, yet. In fact, once things settle down, FORE should do quite well. But right now, I feel better with my money elsewhere. Am I crazy? James
