All RNTK has published so far is that they are in 'talks' with Texaco.
They never have comitted publicly to the contract, the shape of the contract, nor when it will be "signed".

RNTK has broken no law. Texaco has no need to respond to anything. The size and importance of this deal is not very significant to Texaco, and pales in comparison to things going on within that company at this time. RNTK cannot be sued. They've never committed to anything and have therefore committed not crime.

Other than to TMEX, Yakobsen hasn't said a word publicly as to when the contracts will be signed.

The talks ARE technically continuing.. so there is no need to publish a thing.

There are those that have used these statements and RNTK's good technology to move the price up and they are trying desparately now to hold it above $1.00. This is the Scam. I'm not suggesting that RNTK is part of it.

RNTK will need to continue to dilute their stock. Take a look at the revenue numbers versus continuing costs of operations. They do have a vested interest in the stock price remaining as high as possible in order to reduce the dilution.

I agree that TX would say something if RNTK's PRS weren't correct about still being in negotiations.
