Mike, ROTFLMAO.....Maybe they backed out of being part of the "Promotion of the Month" club. From what I hear they haven't been up to bat yet. Not trying to get anyone's hopes up that they will do any better than previous "hyped" events. Maybe they saw a copy of the NDAs and the ink disappeared right before their eyes. lol!!!!

Anyway...on this ITAX or whatever lawsuit...this is BS bigtime. So the supreme court is going to tell me I CAN'T call a Radio Talk Show and express my opinion on the issue at hand. That a newspaper with a sound off column is off limits to people expressing their views. If I want to call in and say Dallas Cowboys eat sh*t, am I gonna be sued for defamation of character. Geez folks this stuff is getting out of hand. SI is a melting pot of opinions and in my opinion they do a good job in letting its subscribers do such. If illegal hyping for the purpose of making money is going on then the SEC should intervene and the FBI brought in, but our first amendment rights should be kept intact.

Whew! guess I needed to vent this morning...

:-)
