If the market were flat, IVI would be up today...they need to keep these positive announcements coming though!!!! I believe they have signed a few more signifigant contracts and are awaiting approval of the releases from the other parties...let's hope they keep coming...I can't believe where the share price is at right now

PLEASE RESPOND...Let's think about this for a moment. we have seen a lot of institutional buying the past two weeks. At least 600,000 shares by my estimate. Some entity is picking up a BIG position. I have heard rumors that INGENICO could be the buyer. Why would they buy on the open market when we all expected them to purchase shares from treasury to increase their % ownership up to 15% again( as it was before the merger )...Now we see this announcement of a poison pill to ward off any entities which accumulate 15+%...Is there a takeover pending? Could it be INGENICO? I will say this, in agreement with IAN, there is NO WAY I want anyone to get my shares under 15$ (even that is cheap)...this could be a very important time for IVI and for it's shareholders. I encourage everyone on this thread to attempt to get any information they can from their infomation sources and post them here. Are we going to be blindsided with a takeover of IVI at these prices. If I wanted to takeover a company, I would love to get it cheap, but I have been on this ride way to long to want to give up my position at this point...PLEASE RESPOND
