Pat,

Thanks for your opinion on the equity investment. Maybe it is just wishful thinking, but I am hoping for someone to just buy a portion of the existing shares, without additional dilution. I do see your point about that scenario not getting Ancor any more money, though. Maybe I'll have to take a closer look at the Adaptec/Jaycor deal. It looks as if Adaptec offered some of their intellectual property. Maybe Ancor could do the same thing.
