U.S. Congress to post Starr report on
Internet

WASHINGTON, Sept 10 (Reuters) - The U.S. House of
Representatives will release large parts of special prosecutor
Kenneth Starr's report on the Internet, possibly as early as
Thursday afternoon, members of Congress said on Thursday.

Henry Hyde, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, said 445 pages, including the introduction
and a 280-page narrative, ''will be immediately assembled and disseminated to the press and the
people through the Internet.''

2 bucks would be my buy in. Maybe. They are a cyber retailer, which has zero barrier to entry. I'd buy beat-up small semi-conductor co's first, when they get cheaper, by about half.

Prosperous; a guy that follows Insider Trading was on CNBC this a.m.. He indicated lots of buying by insiders across the board with one notable exception - EGGS where he indicated insiders where selling. Just to let you know.

REXI bottom looks at 8 a bit lower with general market panic selling.

I am looking at today's ORCL earnings to give me an indication of software makers. Especially MANU which report next week. If ORCL give a positive spin it maybe a good sign for industry and MANU. I bought MANU yesterday at 12 15/16 should have waited a day for the Clinton debacle.

Seems to me Clinton thing is already in market. Opinions feedback welcome.

Happy Investing!
