<<Based on the mkt these last few weeks we have lost our collective
senses of humor..>>

Chuckle. :-) I know *I* haven't found the recent market overly amusing!!

As we know, we have at least one major milestone coming up that should move the stock. October 1 is the deadline to finalize the Pasteur Merieux Connaught deal. We should see a CIST press release any time over the next few weeks announcing this.

I hope that CIST and PMC have agreed to specifics. That is (as Rick Harmon has already said), given the minimal upfront cash and the cap on potential milestone payments, I hope the deal *isn't* an exclusive license for all antigens and all modes of delivery.

Cistron will also release their 10-K at the end of the month. We may see some discussion of recently initiated preclinical research including their wound healing work. Don't expect good news in terms of sales revenues. Cistron simply hasn't focused on building this end of the business.

Finally, there's always the possibility that we'll hear announcement of a "joint venture, merger, or sale of Cistron." I like the way that sounds! :-)

Rudy
