Re: We Were Agreeing Just Fine until the Fist Fight Erupted!

Same Iqbal...not dissin' at all...am very disappointed when he focuses on "sulkers, ice cream, bhumbo"...may sound ok to you, but to me, this is an immature action, in this warfare we are all engaged in...

I'm not sure, but we may be saying the same thing! :-)

I have been critical of I.L. over the past few weeks, and it appears you are being so now. He still has many insights(and he will happily point them out), but they are increasingly difficult to divine from his posts and are mixed in with some very poor calls.

In his defense, I will note that his extremely short-term trading ideas (at least those I think I can parse out of his posts) are still remarkably good. His medium-term calls -- as well as his analysis of the impact of the political and economic landscape -- have left much to be desired since the July market top.

I will also point out that whenever the man uses the word "bhumbo," one is well advised to get real long. If one had done so, either last Friday (11 September) when I saw him use that term, or at his 998 buy stop point, one would have participated in Monday's rally.

I don't think we have much to disagree about here, Dom.

P.

p.s. I wish people would not take my "Re:" lines so seriously. I suppose I have to put a smiley behind everything! :-) <-see?

p.s. Feel free to take the last word on this matter. With the trading "warfare" in which we are all engaged, there is time for little else.
