Good for you. The only short-term trades I make are long-term ones that fail. ;-) And yes, Fisher's rules would be arrived at by anyone who has common sense and has been in the market for a while. They tend to get beaten into you.

For what it's worth, I would expect CELL to take off at the first promise of an Asian turnaround. Will the Japanese passing bank reform legislation be enough? Or a coordinated interest rate cut? I sure hope so...
