My 2 cents on the timing: I was told by a third party that Digitcom advised their lawyers to be done with the financials by Sept 15th or else... Hopefully we will have the SB-10 filing completion announced on the 16th, which is next wednesday. I wouldn't be surprised to see it on Thursday either. Probably not Friday... since it's friday. It's possible that the release could be held until Monday, Sept 21st. If we have no filing by Monday, before the close, I would then become concerned. And FWIW, we might see some news on Monday, the 14th. Depending upon whether or not Jimmy thinks it's worth doing any more releases before the actual filing... this is speculation of course.
