Doing some work on DTLN.

I read the Herb Greenberg article on TSC and have been looking at DTLN as a short. I agree with competitive pressure and the stock has not acted like the buyout was credible.

Problems that I see for shorting are:
1) Lot of operating cash flow
2) Revenue per subscribers doesn't seem to be cracking yet
3) Lot of specialty products that may not have much in the way of competition.
4) Company is transitioning to internet, which may lower capital expenditures

At this stage, it looks like a good long-term short, but I am not sure of its short-term potential. Especially if the market improves. I still have some work to do, but would like to hear more of your analysis and sources. Send me a PM if you want.
