If the company tells ANYONE they are shooting themselves in the foot. They are just buying time.

Call any CPA who does public and it does not take long for an audit.

The reason they promise is to buy time. If the books looked good they would RUSH to get them out.

Please excuse me for jumping into the middle of this thread with ignorance. You used the term in reply 125 "the Rocketeers". Is this a general expression of someone pumping up a stock or are you refering to a specific group of people?
