ayahuasca,

<< There are alot of smart people here who have excellent resources and research skills.>

Exactly, Aya...and these people have done their research and dd and have concluded that this company is worth waiting for. These same people are working, playing, sailing, fishing, telling jokes and cutting up while awaiting what their research has shown to be in their future. Did you read Laz Long's evaluation that he posted on Monday? How much more critique of a company do you need?

<< I think efforts should be made to be alot more critical of the company.>

Again...did you even read the posts that Laz worked so hard on this weekend? Go reread it and see if this isn't the most "critical" evaluation there could be.

<< DGIV seems like a possible great company to be invested in. Why do so few others feel that way at this point?>>

It is definitely a great company to be invested in. How many is "so few"? Do you have access to the number of individual investors in DGIV?

<< I cant figure it out without being a bit cynical. >>

Then, quit trying to figure it out. As I posted this morning in one of my "non- informative" posts...."what happens around us is largely out of our control..." DGIV is one of those things that no amount of fretting and "figuring" can control. You can "figure" and worry to your heart's content, but it won't solve anything. Your stressing and fretting and looking for the negative, no..EXPECTING the negative is bothersome.

Nuff said...

E'Lane...my opinion only

Ayahuasca: I feel like answering but have a hard time figuring where to start. The only thing I feel like conceding to you is that the wait is hard. Why do we have "the wait"? Because things in the real world do not move at the same pace as in OTC fantasy land. BUT, FOR REAL WORLD STANDARDS, what has been accomplished in this past half year by this Co's CEO breaks some sort of a record.

This takes me to the next question: why are we in OTC fantasy land. I have no idea. With everything I've learnt of OTC, I only know I don't want to be here. Now, if Mr. Chin has stated in a news release that SB-10 will be out before 9/23/98 then I can wait for that. If SB-10 is the first stepping stone to get out of here, and try to get to Naz, why the hell should I work myself up to a nervous fit ten days before this is supposed to happen. If I waited 7 months, I can wait 7 months and 10 days.

This attitude of mine is probably shared by many. You think this is "strange" (your words:" I think efforts should be made to be a lot more critical of the company.... Why do so few others feel that way at this point? I cant figure it out without being a bit cynical."). It is not a conspiracy, it is trying to act in a mature way.

Aya, I have to agree with you but these people do not know the meaning of critique. We just might find some good news from a critical anaylsis of DGIV that would be construed as hype. And visa-versa. Notice that there is little if any discussion on what DGIV's ongoing operations might be yielding and alot of emphasise on what Mr. Chin is thinking. There is no more discussion of what contol this thread has on the stock except "shut and wait". Do we still own a large part of the stock or has most of that dwindled out to more productive places for the money to do its growing. Good news doesn't go anywhere because they have isolated themselves and alienated anybody who doesn't walk their walk and talk their talk. It is very frustrating for the rest of us who know there are answers out there. Are our ISP's making more money than when they were reported in December? That shouldn't be too hard for some of these posters to figure out. Did we get a new ISP in April? Was it a working company or not? Nobody guesses about what what the administrative costs will be the next time around or how the liabilities may have changed since December. Just read the threads top page - No whiners allowed. If you want information go to another thread. That is a great way to introduce new buyers to DGIV. As a tightknit club not willing to discuss the facts, be they good or bad. It is fascist and unfortunate to be the best source of info on such a good company. But far be it from me to tell people what they can and can not chat about. I just let them stew in their private little world of we are the best and you are the scum. I watch them beat up on people who may have been a great asset to the stock price. I also watch them sell their shares and blame the stock's fall on people they don't even know - the MMs who also have a job to do, who would also like to see some numbers, so they can play with bigger numbers than 1 15/16 and 2 1/8. If Chin wants to be so secretive and say one thing and do another then someone not afraid of the backlash here should call Chin and ask what is up and not settle for vagueness like 'soon' and 'near the end of'. I don't post here often because I don't like mean people and there are definetly a handful of them here who wear stars on their foreheads like some sort of leader. And no, I didn't learn anything new from Laz's redundancy. I gave a couple of ideas of things to discuss and have no problems with speculations providing people who are in no way humble don't end it by saying IMHO. I think the EPS is going to be around a dime to fifteen cents and 22 cents by the end of the year. There. Anybody got a problem with that?

IMHO, the delay in reporting 1st and 2nd quarter revenues and the delay in filing the SB-10 were bad strategic moves. Better to have filed the SB-10 and revise it if need be.
