naysayers have absolutely NO CREDIBILITY! they hide in the dark when the share price is going up, only to come out when it is going down. With this classic "front-runner" behavior, how do they expect people to believe them? On top of that, the only thing to post would be lies/twisted facts... BTW, in case these naysayers have not noticed, the whole market is down today!!!

The DGIV hypesters can say whatever they want about upcoming SEC filings, but until it is in the SEC's EDGAR database, it's merely talk. You will also recall the second condition of the bet -- DGIV can not do a reverse split before the bet period is over on October 1. At these prices, they would have to announce a reverse split to get a Nasdaq listing. BTW -- I'm rather enjoying seeing the markets collapse, because my stock index option puts are soaring. In essence, I shorted the market...
