3)The quotation service used by this note arena does not have a bid price or ask price for any securities that have not traded since the open. I noticed this on icep, when the days without a trade happened there normally was no bid price or ask price listed.

Icep changed their cusip number and there was no halt in trading that I noticed caused by such an action.
